Welcome to the website of the Human Rights Public Protection Service (HRPS) (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at www.hrpsnational.org (the “Site”), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site.
HRPS is a premier non-governmental organization registered as Human Rights Public Protection Services, an NGO with Regd. No. 209/2024 under the Societies Registration Act 2001, committed to safeguarding human rights, dignity, justice, and equality across India. By accessing or using our Site, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
Permitted Use: You may use the Site solely for informational purposes, to learn about HRPS’s mission, activities, and ways to support our work (such as donating or volunteering), and to access resources provided, all in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Site:
In any way that violates any applicable national, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from India or other countries).
To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with the content standards set out in these Terms.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate HRPS, an HRPS employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm HRPS or users of the Site, or expose them to liability.
To interfere with the proper working of the Site, including using any device, software, or routine that interferes with its operation, or introducing any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site.
To attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by HRPS.
HRPS Name and Logo: The name “Human Rights Public Protection Service,” the acronym “HRPS,” our logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of HRPS or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of HRPS.
Limited License: These Terms permit you to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as generally permitted through the Site’s functionality (e.g., social media sharing buttons) or for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

7. Limitation on Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL HRPS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, TRUSTEES, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HRPS, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, trustees, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, any use of the Site’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Site and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
11. Waiver and Severability
No waiver by HRPS of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of HRPS to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Human Rights Public Protection Service (HRPS) regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
